Free Online Sexual Harassment Prevention Training from the CHRO
The CHRO has unveiled a free 2-hour sexual harassment prevention training for non-supervisory employees. This training program can be used to meet the new Connecticut requirement for all current employees to receive training in the next 6 months, and all new hires going forward to receive training within the first 6 months of employment. The program includes watching several videos and taking a test after each section. A certificate of completion is emailed to the participant at the end of the program. In-person training is still recommended for supervisory employees.
